My name is Caroline Foerster and I work as a creative brand strategist, entrepreneur, and university lecturer based between Stockholm and Berlin.

As a Senior Brand Strategist, I lead brand strategy and service design projects for global brands and startups, driven by a customer-centric approach and a belief in design as a powerful driver of business success. My goal is to craft impactful brand stories and experiences that inspire engagement, deliver customer value, and enable long-term growth.

In addition to my work as a strategist, I am the co-founder and co-CEO of White Label Project, a digital concept store and marketing platform dedicated to empowering women-owned impact brands and emerging artists from the Global South.

Over the past 11+ years as a strategist, I’ve partnered with clients from around the globe - from Sweden, Germany and the US to India, China and Mexico. I love the challenge of deep-diving into new industries and markets and thrive in global contexts, collaborative partnerships, and multidisciplinary creative teams.

Additionally, as a startup founder, I’ve gained invaluable experience in developing resource-efficient and impactful solutions to a range of challenges. This dual perspective—as both a consultant and a founder—enables me to bring insights from global brands to help startups thrive while infusing larger organizations with the agility and innovative thinking of startups.
